These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of FPMG, LLC (“FPMG”) for community association and property-management communications.
FPMG may send text messages concerning association operations and requested services, including maintenance notices, emergency or public-service announcements, access updates, appointment reminders, application or closing-document status, resident-service requests, and account-related notifications. Marketing messages are not part of the program unless separately and expressly disclosed at opt-in.
You enroll by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting through an FPMG form or another documented method. Consent is specific to the disclosed FPMG messaging purpose. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your community, requests, and association activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to a message from FPMG to stop messages from that sending number. Other recognized opt-out keywords may also be honored. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. FPMG will not send further messages covered by that opt-out unless you later provide renewed consent.

Message delivery depends on participating carriers and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. FPMG does not guarantee that every message will be received.
FPMG’s Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
FPMG may update these SMS Terms as the program or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on camflorida.com with a revised effective date.
